Thank you for shopping with BDChinaMarts. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products without original packaging.
- Used or washed products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Customized or special-order products.
3. Refund Policy
A refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Product is out of stock after payment.
- Order cancelled by BDChinaMarts.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via mobile banking/bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
Refund processing usually takes 5â10 business days after approval.
4. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- There is a verified manufacturing defect.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
BDChinaMarts reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Fraud prevention
- Payment verification issues
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), BDChinaMarts will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
