2. Delivery Coverage

BDChinaMarts delivers products throughout Bangladesh using trusted courier partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ā§ŗ70
  • Outside Dhaka: ā§ŗ130

Shipping charges may change during promotional campaigns or based on product size and weight.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable locations across Bangladesh.

BDChinaMarts reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations or high-value orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the provided shipping address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or phone call, depending on the courier service.
